Free 5-minute skill review

Score your agent skill before it crosses a trust boundary.

If a reusable skill can touch tools, memory, files, browsers, SaaS apps, customers, or other agents, it needs more than clever instructions. Use this scorecard to find the missing contract fields before you publish, install, sell, or delegate it.

How to use this

  • Score one skill or delegated workflow at a time.
  • Check a box only if the rule is explicit in the skill docs, contract, or runbook — not just assumed.
  • If the skill can mutate real systems, treat any score below 80 as draft-only until fixed.
  • Do not paste secrets into any public form. This page runs in your browser and stores nothing.

Recommended: buy the mini-report only when the skill touches real tools, customers, production data, money, memory, or delegated agents. The local report helps you send only redacted context.

1. Skill identity

2. Input contract

3. Tool authority

4. Output contract

5. Receipts

6. Memory policy

7. Exception behavior

8. Eval contract

9. Rollback

10. Portability

How to interpret the score

0–49: Do not run on real systems

Use draft-only mode. The skill is still mostly instructions, not an operating contract.

50–74: Prototype only

Useful for internal testing, but too many boundaries are implicit for production or marketplace distribution.

75–89: Limited launch

Run with scoped permissions, receipts, and human review until evals and rollback are stronger.

90–100: Publish candidate

Good enough to publish or delegate, assuming the actual evals pass and secrets stay out of the package.

Want a second pass?

If the scorecard exposes missing permissions, receipts, evals, memory policy, or rollback, the $29 mini-report gives you a concise launch verdict and fix list for one redacted skill/workflow.

Best paid-review trigger

Use the mini-report when the skill scores below 80 and it can touch real tools, memory, files, browsers, SaaS apps, customers, finance records, or delegated agents. If the skill is only drafting text, fix it with the free template instead.
